Humor “What is it with british people and snow ?”

Although Piers brilliantly forecast the snow going further south giving a lovely surprise, even the 12 inches of show in the Breacons and the near 7 inches in High Wycombe are nothing. Most of North America, Europe and Asia would see this as a light shower 😁.

However, in defense of Blighty especially most of the south, we don’t get this most winters. This is the most significant snow since 2013 and for some back to 2010. It is quite an ask to build an infrastructure, akin to say Norway who experience this pretty much year after year, when this is a once a decade event. Having said that as this as move forward into this period of low solar activity, snow chain, which many had in previous generations, may not be such a bad idea.
